If your waste collection has been impacted:
Leave your carts curbside: Trash, recycling, and organics will be collected as soon as possible. Customers can comingle their trash with recycling and green waste in their Republic Services carts for pickup. This temporary change is currently in effect to support smoother collection processes during the temporary work stoppage.
Free landfill disposal pass option: You may self-haul your materials to the Otay or Sycamore landfill using a one-time free disposal pass.
