Chula Vista Residents

Otay Landfill offers all Chula Vista Residents (2) landfill passes and (2) yard waste passes per year for free drop off. Each pass is good for up to 1 ton per visit (2,000 lbs).

Residents can collect their passes at the newly opened Customer Convenience Center at 891 Energy Way Chula Vista, CA 91911.

Compost Giveaways

Otay Landfill holds 4 compost giveaways every year for members of the community. They are announced in the Chula Vista Newsletter and posted on the Republic Services Chula Vista Website. Valid identification confirming Chula Vista residency is required to participate.
